Beginner Intro Course: Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step, and we are committed to helping you with the rest of the journey to accomplish your goals. You’ll also get introduced to a life-changing martial art and have an opportunity to learn from world renowned capoeiristas. And fun, you’ll have lots of fun! Our Beginner intro course is for you! This class is designed with YOU in mind. Easy to follow, detailed instruction, video tutorials, fun and motivating classes. No experience necessary.
Advanced Capoeira: We have both intermediate and advanced level of training. These classes cover all aspects of Capoeira ranging from basic movements to more complex movements and sequences as well as better understanding of Capoeira as a whole (history, music, game, etc)
Tiny Tigers: Classes are jam packed with excitement for children from the ages of 2.5 to 5. Most importantly every class teaches an age specific life skill to build leadership from an early age. Your Child will build up focus, discipline, and listening skills while enjoying a fun high energy class.
Kids Capoeira: Let us awaken the musical, physical, artistic & creative sides of your child. Only Capoeira offers such a diversity all in one! Classes for Tiny Tigers (ages 2.5-5), Kids (ages 6-8), Leadership (ages 9-12)
