Kids Graduation

We’re thrilled for our favorite time of the year—Graduation Season! We can’t wait to see your capoeirista shine on stage.

Registration is NOW OPEN for our BIGGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR! Tiny Tigers, Kids and Leadership students will change belts at a beautiful theater on Saturday, May 3

Just a friendly reminder full capoeira uniform is required to we worn at the belt graduation and workshops. This is a formal event! and don’t forget to pick up your event t-shirt and goody bag with Ms. Dani!

To the kids, it is DEVASTATING to miss a capoeira graduation event, since it only happens once a year. But there are times it cannot be helped because of travel plans, and vacations. We have the flexibility to work around that provided we have enough time to do so . So parents, PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR CALENDAR NOW!

If you have a conflict with the graduation date, that is fine, don’t just write it off. We will make plans to graduate your child. Just let us know well beforehand!

Registration: For those participating, please be sure to register during class, email or text Ms. Dani (404)578-7386 directly. The graduation payment will be automatically drafted from your account on file, and you also have the option to split the payment into two installments. Don’t forget—sibling and family discounts are available!

Our annual belt graduation teaches children essential life skills such as goal setting, commitment, and perseverance. It also provides them with tangible evidence of their progress and encourages them to continuously strive for excellence. If you have any further questions about our belt graduation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Celebrate your child’s accomplishment by bringing flowers, balloons, or anything else with which you wish to reward them. You can also purchase a ‘MESSAGE OF SUPPORT’ to celebrate your Capoeirista’s achievement with a personalized message in the graduation theater! To submit your message, please provide the text and any photos you’d like to include (PNG and/or JPEG files are acceptable). Send your request to decaturcapoeira@gmail.com or text Ms. Dani to make this special tribute part of the celebration! $10 (message only) $25 (message + picture).
