We are excited to be welcoming 2021 and all of our students back into our capoeira classes! We’re are also excited to announce that starting January we’ll be introducing NEW programs as well as brining some previous ones.

Here is what’s happening in January:
• KIDS & ADULT BELT TEST
• MESTRE BIMBA WEEK: Manoel Dos Reis Machado better known as Mestre Bimba, creator of the style of capoeira regional. We will learn Mestre Bimba’s sequence, and songs!
• KIDS ACROBATICS WORKSHOP:
In this class students will work on advanced kicks and acrobatics. New students interested are welcomed and encouraged to come and try out. The class curriculum will cater to meet the expectations of Capoeira KIDS & TEENS with higher expectations and advancement into new techniques and skills.
• ADULTS IUNA WORKSHOP
• NEW ONLINE SCHEDULE:
ZOOM classes are offered; Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (private classes available). Also, please download our app ‘Team app’ for tutorials and updates!
• BEGINNERS CAPOEIRA SPECIAL!
An exclusive online program designed to teach Capoeira to anyone who would like to learn something new from home. You’ll be able to train and advance at your own pace, by learning, and training from anywhere at anytime.
