We are a Capoeira family – Father, Mother and Daughter from Londrina Paraná, Brazil! Mestre Fran and Mestra Sara with over 40 years experience in capoeira offers nothing short of expert instruction to all his students. We are commitment to serving and empowering our community around the world.

Mestre Fran, Mestra Sara and Professora Dani are excellent with both children and adults, and has earned loyalty and admiration of parents and students of all ages with their patience, sense of humor, knowledge, and respect for everyone.  Whatever your age, fitness level, and personal goals, we will motivate you and help you become your best!
